Photobucket is an image hosting website where people can upload pictures and videos and share them to their family and friends. It is a free website that host images and videos and you can link your photos with any social networking sites such as Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, etc. A free Photobucket account can store thousands of photos and hours of video. If you happen to share an account with somebody else and that person, for some personal reasons, changed the privacy settings, you cannot view the photos anymore unless you can obtain the new password.
Without that password, you cannot view private Photobucket pictures. It is better to ask the person for the password so you can have access and view his or her private Photobucket videos or photos. If the person sends you a link, try calling that person to find out the password for the link.
Check out the link that the person sent you. The link would typically contain a Photobucket address, the album’s name that is protected by password. Once the page is shown, it will say “Login to a Private Photobucket.com Album: and on the very top of the browser, a written message in the middle of the screen that says “Login to Photobucket.†Enter the password in the box and then click “See Their Album.†If the password is right, then you can view private Photobucket pictures at your own leisure.
For easy access next time you want to view private Photobucket pictures again, bookmark the page and remember the password. You can bookmark the page by clicking “Bookmark†on the menu bar of the Internet browser. By bookmarking, you don’t need to memorize the link or keep on bothering the person for the password and URL address.
Please remember not to attempt hacking someone’s album or photos without consent from the owner. For various reasons, the privacy settings has been change.
